It's funny, I know that Covid was sort of the last crisis and we heard the media was going to make the environment and green energy the next public emergency. It feels a bit ironic that suddenly gas prices and a push for electric cars are the next big issue we are all facing. It could just be coincidence but sometimes it feels a bit like this stuff is planned intentionally.

What is so disgusting about the state of affairs in this country is how easy the citizens can be duped. The general population will buy into almost anything because the can no longer be relied on to question the most obvious of the manipulation that has been asserted. They are willing to accept anything just to feel glorified by being part of the in power political preference.

Yep and instead of treating gas prices as a crisis we get to hear about how so and so's electric car makes it so they don't care about gas prices. There are two ways to enact changes like this. You can dictate it by basically making laws to ban gasoline vehicles or limit them. Or you can make gas so expensive and unlivable that people have no choice but to switch to an alternative fuel. This to me is nothing but part of the plan to push "green energy" initiatives through.
