Ate lunch at a place that unfortunately had The Talk on... I guess that's CBS' ( I think) answer to The View? But the first thing they talked about was Bronny playing with LeBron and did he deserve it. One guy basically said who cares, it was cool, and some chick said she'd help her kid the same way if she had the chance.

So apparently nepotism is a-OK if it's LeBron. :doh

Most people just feel sorry for me being a Rockets fan. I will hold onto those two years forever!!!

Guess I will have to do the same with all of my teams (Rockets, rangers, and Cowboys).
I don't feel sorry for you.

The Rangers literally won a championship less than a year ago.

You have to be on at least a 5 year championship drought with your teams before you can complain.

Good day, sir!

I haven't had one of my teams win since 2008. :sad

And that's been my only championship since...1995 ( :unsure ).

I used to be a proper fan.

Yes but when you are a fan of a team that never wins it all people tend to think it was due to luck.

I will complain until they string some good years together. That doesn't have to be world series champions.

That's a good point.... especially in your case.

Pretty much everyone outside of Houston thinks the Rockets only got those titles because MJ left for 2 years, so I get what you're saying.

Yep. Ran into several of those arguments headlong.

The Thunder lived up to the hype in their season opener.

They had to play smaller lineups because of injuries to 2 of their 3 bigs, but they were still able to easily handle a Nuggets team that should win 50 games.

CSB....

Now let's talk about Klay Thompson going 6 of 10 from 3 in his Mavs debut.

:lol

It was a great debut. He's a nice fit with two ball dominant superstars.

OKC's in better position to handle the Mavs this year. Hartenstein gives them that added size they were missing last year.
