Glad they are staying, but this is dumb. St Pete as a stadium location was one of the biggest reasons for their attendance issues and they are now building it next door.

Yep, they should be in Tampa proper. And that "pyramid" design sucks.

Honestly, they should be closer to Lakeland. Tampa isn’t far so nobody there would complain, it would allow them to consistently pull the Orlando crowd and the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is there to help drive people to the area. But that’s too forward thinking apparently.

So the LF the Rangers took in July in the first round is already to AAA and will probably make the majors next year out of spring training.
