If he has to have surgery, the Cowboys would be wise to go get one of the few free agents left. Jay Ajayi, Bilal Powell and Javorius Allen are still available.

Forgot about Grant. He always seemed to show off when the Jags used him, but they didn't want him back for some reason. But yeah, Ivory is another one too.
