Yep.
Hernandez seems like our type of FA, cheap and could bring the system.

I would be okay with having him duke it out with the likes of Hoffman and Bass for that RG job.Yep.
Yea he'd be fine to throw into the mix, he's not a high level starter by any means but he's competent enough.I would be okay with having him duke it out with the likes of Hoffman and Bass for that RG job.
There is one thing I recall about him as a Giant, he was an instigator.
So Chuma level?Yea he'd be fine to throw into the mix, he's not a high level starter by any means but he's competent enough.

No I think Chuma is maybe an above average backup and well below average starter, Hernandez is actually an average starter. So Chuma level?

I would hope there is a dedicated OL coach as important as the position is.So Adams will be OC/OL coach? Bring in an Assistant to help implement his blocking schemes, etc?
Archer or someone along those lines said they would hire an OL coach. So Adams will be OC/OL coach? Bring in an Assistant to help implement his blocking schemes, etc?
Yeah they will designate someone. I'm actually not sure if they said what Lunda Wells position is going to be. Wouldn't shock me if he gets a slight bump up to O-line coach. I guess he is a really highly respected dude. Which means it's possible we are really talking about a TE's coach or something.Archer or someone along those lines said they would hire an OL coach.
In reality Adams may be truly in charge of the OL, but there will seemingly be someone with the title of OL coach.
I thought Glazer was pretty damning there without saying it in so many words, though.Interesting that McCarthy helped Schottenheimer with his interview. Also puts to bed the idea that McCarthy wanted out and was sick of the circus. Glazer says he talked to McCarthy, it was an amicable split and it basically came down to a disagreement on the years.
Also hilarious that Glazer wouldn't criticize Jerry at the end. I guess he wants to continue his access to the bang bus.

I think he just doesnt want to take the chance of burning that bridge to get the inside scoops.I don't know.
Glazer started by defending them based on the "cap" (which we know is a Jones talking point), then Hill presses him by saying everybody including the eagles have the same cap and you have to make it work.
Then Hill asks directly if the Jerry is the problem. Glazer looks uncomfortable and just says "I don't think it's that", and the Cowboys are bigger so you gotta be different.
In other words, it's not Jerry, the cowboys are bigger than everyone else so it's just harder.
