Not just for the accountability, but also it shows how much he cares and that this really matters to him.

We were dying to have more players with this sort of attitude during the Romo era, so even if the guy doesn't get back to where he was, I can at least respect and appreciate the attitude and effort he's displayed and put forth to be at his best.
