I'll be the outlier I guess, but I'm not sold on Quinn as personnel guru.
I'm with you. I think he puts in the work and the effort and is passionate about guys. I think he has a certain type of pass rusher that he is really good at evaluating. But yes in general he has been hit or miss. Bland was a home run but Wright and Bossman were bad whiffs.

I don't totally blame Quinn for Joseph, that pick had an organizational panic feel to it since they were so locked in on a CB in the first and both went right before our pick (blessedly).

Wright is 100000% on him though, that was a Quinn pet cat special.

I kind of feel the same way although we had a good corner sitting right there that we didn't take instead because of Quinns love of length.
