Maybe I'm not understanding what the word rhetorical means. In the context of our conversation it confused me. To me it means "not needing a reply".No. Rhetorical means persuasive speech. Let them do their thing. We should verbally and unequivocally back Israel in words.
The United States openly saying that you are righteous in your actions holds a lot of weight, or should. I don't think we should cower under international or domestic pressure to pretend that Palestine/ Hamas has one iota of legitimacy or any sort of point whatsoever.
