I may be offline for a while, as my house in Los Angeles is in the middle of the fire area. One broke out just a few miles from there. Thankfully, I’m out in CA right now and packed up the important stuff in that house in the event an evacuation order is issued. I’ll keep everyone posted.
Thankfully, most of the valuable items (save the guns in the house in CA) are in Texas.

I fully expect that sign to be changed to 'No Looters Turned Away. Democrat run state.'

Fire in the neighborhood is contained. If this property wasn’t worth so damned much, I’d sell the fucker and be done with it.
As an FYI, the Kenneth fire is the one that was by the house; the same one the fucking arsonist set. He’s lucky that my neighbors and I didn’t catch him. He wouldn’t have survived the experience.
