I used to put all kinds of rubs on steak plus coat with Worcestershire sauce, garlic, all kinds of shit and then I started working for two amazing chefs a few years ago. A salesman brought in some cuts of steak so the chefs cooked them up and sliced them so everyone could try. They were the best steaks I've ever had so naturally I asked them what the hell they put on those steaks, they said:
