I don't have a horse in this race, but I will say that Ty and Koy Detmer both played for the eagles, and Steve Young played for SF.

That makes all of them gay, which is a sin for the Mormons. I doubt any of them are getting their own planets.
Fuck the Detmers and fuck Steve Young.

Weren’t the last three, especially the last two “must wins”?
They were.

Frankly our games the rest of the way out may feel all like must wins. Just the nature of this time of year and not leading your division. Obviously the game tonight is very important for that purpose and I guess additionally because the Lions are one of the teams trying to get a wild card spot as well.

I would say all NFC games left are must win games. We can still lose 1 but if so hopefully it's the Chargers game.

With 92, 95, and 97 on the field, there's a confidence in this defense that's been missing for 30+ years.

We had some LaRoi Glover, Jay Ratliff, and David Irving through the years and they were great...but never in a bunch like this.

Crazy that a month ago Eberflus was hated universally for the defense's failings and now he's flexing a defense that no playoff-bound offense wants to run into.

The defense is definitely way better and an actual competent NFL defense, but I wouldn't say teams fear them.

They're still lacking some pop in a few key areas but they're on the right path in terms of how they're structurally building it and I'm optimistic about what they can be next year, at least in the context of playing a supporting role for an elite offense.

If they stop the run tonight I'll be convinced.

Stopping the run against Vegas and Philly not all that impressive. Chiefs still averaged about 4.5 per and that's after taking out QB scrambles.
