That's a solid signing, would've liked to have signed him ourselves, but he's nowhere even close to being able to replace Sweat.
I dunno how Roseman does it, but he does it.

How depressing to have your options down to the Giants who are currently a train wreck and you also figure they will likely take a QB high in the draft, the browns, and the Steelers who are in an odd place right now

The Steelers are weird. They will somehow be good enough to make the playoffs. They are trying to add talent. And yet their QB position is no better than the Giants for years now.

They have almost over-emphasized defense and the run game for decades. Ben eventually let them break that stereotype, but it’s a great formula for success in any case. Bill Parcells rode that formula to 10-6 annually with average-assed Phil Simms and Jeff Hostetler at QB

How great would it be to see Rodgers bring them down, too?

I wonder how much he'll melt down when they don't let him be the GM like he was at the Jets.
