He's barely played 2 of his 4 seasons, he was really good last year but I find it a bit ridiculous that they'd make him the highest paid CB in the league based on basically a year of production, where he wasn't even the best CB in the league.
I guess that's what happens when you have more cap space than you know what to do with.

NFL teams have to spend a certain amount of cash each year. When you have no good players and most free agents don't want to come to your team, you kind of have to do this stuff to meet the minimum threashold.

This seems like a good year to be looking for a DT, RB, and WR, as we are looking for all 3.
