The hit that hurt him was barely a hit. Hamlin held up and looked like he tried to catch him.
I think that's because of all the previous damage done.

It's made it to where now he's very susceptible to them, but I don't think he was necessarily always that way.

If you look at the first two or three concussions that he suffered, those things looked really bad. I don't recall ever seeing the head make impact so violently with either Troy Aikman or Steve Young -- two guys who frequently suffered concussions at the QB position.

If you look at the ones he suffered vs Buffalo in 2022 and the one against the Bengals, it's actually pretty disturbing watching just how hard his head hits the ground. I'm surprised he didn't suffer seizures after either of those incidents.

If I were a loved one, I wouldn't want him playing anymore. With the money he's got coming to him, he's got a chance to have an amazing quality of life and that's the message that I would try to get through to him the most.

There's no chance he won't be medically cleared. :lol
By an NFL doctor? I agree.

But I cannot imagine that an unbiased, independent neurologist would clear him.

There's just no way that anyone would recommend that he continue playing football after the head injuries he's suffered up to this point in his life.

I didn't watch the game last night. Did Tua get his egg scrambled?

Yep, and it wasn't even a hard hit. He also was running and didn't even try to slide or get down at all.

Yeah, if that's the type of hit of that is causing a concussion now, then he needs to retire.
Yeah, I seriously doubt he retires now, but my first thought was if that hit concusses you that badly, things are getting down the road.

I've had multiple concussions and it is definitely true...it gets to a point where it takes almost nothing to cause one now.

My son thinks he's a badass because he concussed when we were wrestling one time when he was 4.

I was drunk as shit another time and sneezed my head right into a cabinet door edgewise, concussed.
