Right next to "Jerry Jones is the GOAT"
I agree, I'm just saying the dysfunction right now is not a direct result of Quinn leaving, and in fact I think if Quinn had returned we'd be seeing nearly the exact same shit if we had the same injuries. How does any of that explain what happened against GB in the playoffs last year?
The point is that it runs deeper than just Quinn is gone because it started under his tenure.
Fans are more pissed now because of the fact that we did literally nothing in the offseason, brought McCarthy back after that shit show playoff loss, and just the pure fact that there have been so many playoff disappointments in the last 10 years.I have a question for you guys: How do you think this year -- or the fans' reaction, anyway -- compares to 2015?
It seems to me that fans are 1000x more pissed off now than than they were that year. I always felt the Joneses got away with basically throwing away a year in 2015 with way too little heat. I know Romo was hurt that year, but the team was like yesterday, totally non-competitive. And I remember Goof Son saying basically after the year in an interview, "Oh well, all teams go through this. Just a bad year, it happens."
Maybe it's because I was so checked out during the Garrett years and not paying as much attention, but it seems like the outrage is much higher this time. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad it is. I just wonder why.
Done.
Yes!Done.
I think it's perfect.Yes!
I’d see your point, but the sun was in my eyes.I think it's perfect.
Booze is busy getting his nipple ring polishedNothing on MNF? I guess nobody GAS.
Pray there isn’t a hot tubKathy Bates is Matlock now?
Jerry probably thinks it is funny. How do you fuck that up? I'd fire the person responsible.
Steele needs to go away. But there is RG also...I was bored so I watched the all-22 of all of Richard's pass pro reps against Philly and he was really excellent 1-on-1 against Sweat several times.
He got beat by Graham late in the game when it was like 30-6 or whatever, which isn't a huge deal, but that was about it. I think Sweat might've gotten a QB hit against him earlier but there were a bunch of times where Richards just straight up stonewalled him or guided him past the depth of the QB without any help.
If it were up to me there'd be an open competition next year between him, Guyton, Steele (if he's back) and Smith to see what the best LT/LG and RT combination would be.
Tyler would obviously be one of the three but it could be at LT or LG, so you'd really be picking 2/3 of Guyton, Richards and Steele to start in some combination.
