There's no love lost between Bush and Trump, so that's what they were counting on.

There's also no love lost between Bush and the left, who hounded mercilessly during his presidency. Not as bad as they do Trump, but they called him racist, a war criminal, etc.

I give Bush a lot of credit for not trying to be part of a shadow government after his administration like Obama.

So this pay for celebrity endorsements still gets me. So here is a quick rundown of the costs and why you shouldn't ever even believe these types of endorsements.

Beyonce - 10 million
Megan the Stallion - 5 million
Lizzo- 2.3 million
Eminem- 1.8 million
Oprah- 1 million

She spent 20 million dollars buying these 5 celebrities. How fucking dumb. Is this normal? If I was a donor who donated big money I'd be livid that this is what my money was spent on. But I guess when you blow through a billion in 3 months, what's 20 mil for some celebrities. It's like Brewsters Millions except with a billion dollars.

Everyone has a price... I mean I would have been cheaper than Oprah. No promise my endorsement would have gotten her any votes. But it would have gotten her similar results at a cheaper price. And there you have it, the economics she clearly doesn't know.
