His pick six was impressive.Hall didn't impress me but I did like Wood. We definitely have some depth there.

People said Fred wasn’t worth drafting in the first round either.
I never really saw this nasty side of him in college. I wikey.
But is he supposed to wait around to see if he needs help? If he does that, then is his assignment already in position to make the play, or should he trust that his teammate does his job, and he goes and does his? And if the guard does not need help while he waits to see if he does, does he still have time to get out and make his block?I felt like Beebe should have chipped him. The guard got destroyed and is of course the primary problem on this play.
Wow... if DA had simply watched the ball (he had clear line of sight), it would've been a TFL.
Typical.
Yeah it's more like the crowd who thought other OTs in the draft were more pro ready and Guyton would take a year. No one was calling Guyton a second round pick.No one serious said Guyton was a reach at the end of the first round. He went right where he was projected.
Undisciplined. That's the problem with the Quinn scheme. It's boom or bust and really struggles with misdirection offenses.
Typical.
I continue to be amazed at Aubrey's kicking mechanics. That's just crazy. It's amazing how far kickers have come in the last 10 or 20 years. I think they're all on the roids.
He clearly was just playing the long game.Typical.
I'm trying to think if I've ever seen a player change so drastically (in a positive way) from his college rep and what he put on tape to the way he is in his first NFL preseason. I mean, it's literally just a few months and it's like he's a different guy, again in a good way.I never really saw this nasty side of him in college. I wikey.
Teams are funny about mauler types. But Beebee is damn mobile for a mauler. Everyone wants interior guys to get to the second level but Beebee can do that and maul at the point of attack. Also, it's funny how we laymen apparently know more than some NFL GMs and scouts. Those of us who watched Beebe at K-State knew what a mauler he was. I'm still surprised he didn't go earlier than he did.
Yeah, maybe I shouldn't have used that word. I just meant an all around badass MFer.Teams are funny about mauler types. But Beebee is damn mobile for a mauler. Everyone wants interior guys to get to the second level but Beebee can do that and maul at the point of attack.
Not sure why he was there for us but damn glad he was. And even better it was a bonus pick while moving down and still getting our starting LT.Yeah, maybe I shouldn't have used that word. I just meant an all around badass MFer.
