Yeah, he didn't operate on him though did he?
I don’t think so. But who cares? We know they are very prone to taking injured players. It is their perverted version of risk-taking.

I wouldn't be surprised at all. Jerry is going to lick his chops at getting "the best RB" in the draft. Despite that I don't think he really is.

Steal. From Texas. Might even put him in #33 for gay effect alone.

Hopefully ALL IN means not wasting a first/second day pick on someone who can't help until 2028

The Athletic has the freaks list posted. Pretty interesting if someone wants to post. I can't copy and paste it on my phone.

I am torn on the subject. On one hand, you should never pass up the chance to look a kid in the face and try to figure him out. Fat Mike, I sort of understand since they need to rebuild the defense.

To me this is about finding out about the character of players on a large scale. Even McCarthy could talk to the defensive prospects and see of they have the personality and intelligence he needs. But I guess leave it to the scouts and GM instead. Well except the Big Ten scout...

I just wonder why it suddenly became a waste of time when for all those years and decades the coaches did attend? What changed?

I know I would want to see these guys in person, not just video.

I kind of wonder if this isn't more about the scouting department not wanting the coaches encroaching on their territory, or something along those lines.

I think part of it is that the technology and camera angles have gotten significantly better over the last 10 years so you can easily watch all the drills from different angles on laptops/tablets.

There's probably a hundred different reasons why different coaches don't go, the fact that it's much closer to free agency than it used to be might play a role also.

I am not certain defense matters to him. Think about it, he has always been very hands off with the defense and focuses on his side of the ball.

No agent.

No throwing at the Combine.

Is this kid a moron or what?

I dunno about that. He wants big men up front. He insists his DBs have good hands. He makes the defense use the juggs guns as much as the offense. He said he refused to have a one-call defense.

Sure he's more of an offensive guy, but I think he has definite thoughts about his defense.

Even still we need RBs and Olineman. And frankly I wouldn't be opposed to a WR since Gallup is trash and Cooks is ok.
