Now I gotta watch 1990 games to compare them to the SB Norv Turner offenses.

What!?! Troy Aikman in shotgun? Screens?
Was watching that Phoenix game from 1989 and Aikman looked crisp until they KO'd him

One thing that always stands out to me about those games is Aikman taking a shotgun snap and then still dropping back like another five steps. Just something you don't see today.

Mara should have made Judge run laps before he fired him.

Fucking douche bag.

Unless they're able to trade for Rodgers or strike lightning in the draft we can plan on bringing him back in about 2-3 years.

He'd be stupid to take that job with the inevitable sale of the team in the next few months to a year. You think a new owner is going to be patient with a GM and HC they didn't pick?

They may even fire them immediately unless they make the playoffs next year.

I’d avoid Denver like the plague. It’s the quintessential short term job.

I doubt Flores would want that job if it meant no Watson.

All these firings are really a joke. Just window dressing for the fans in most cases. If you don't have the players, nobody can win.

But I guess changing the drapes for the fans is effective most of the time.

Yeah a lot of good coaches got fired simply because their teams don't have a QB and they will continue to get the same results until they find a QB.
