Yeah I think even Dak wanted to get out there in live action so he could get comfortable with the leg again. It sucks that he is going to be going from practice where he can't be touched to facing one of the best defenses in the NFL. It's hard not to want to sort of protect that leg if you're Dak. The only way to get over that is with some live action.

But the coaches have made their decision and now we will just have to see how it plays out. If it wasn't for the injury I actually think Dak missing preseason would have been a WGAF. But when you're coming back from a devastating injury you need some live action to feel comfortable again.

He tends to start games way too excited. His balls generally sail on him until he settles down. Hopefully that isn't magnified 10x when he gets real action.

I understood that. My point is that being clever is important to him. I see it as a flaw.

ST coaches are huge on any team. Fassel is very good at that job.

I dunno. I just don't think he really has himself and his unit together.

And BTW...brace yourself for Darian Thompson, ST captain.

He is like the kid who tells a good joke and gets a laugh one time and then Proclaims himself class clown and constantly tells lame jokes.
Clever is fine as long as it is used sparingly and/or uniquely. Clever should not be a reliable pattern.
