Dude, what do you keep going on about? All coaches demand their kickers kick long field goals. Otherwise, the kicker no longer has a job.

50 yarder at the end of the half is fine. Asking him to make a 56 yard FG on the opening drive is dumb.

We burned our last TO on the sack so if he runs, we spike it on 3rd down. Not sure how much more we could have been.

It is a low percentage play. You risk giving them the ball at midfield on their opening drive and immediately losing momentum. Stupid

Who is demanding? Bailey has had a ton of under 50 FGs this year. You are bitching about a 52 yarder on a two minute drill.

It is basically a cop out.

My offense can't get the job done. Let's rely on a low percentage play to bail me out.

No great team depends on its FG kicker.

A good one is important to have, but they should never be considered a weapon.

That's their damn job. I'm really not sure of your angle here. If you mean Garrett should call a better game so we don't have to kick 56 yarders, I agree. But, you're talking about MAKING a FG kicker kick long FGs. Uhh, that's kinda what they are there for.
