This seems almost standard for veteran players anymore.

Bosa is holding out. Hasn't signed a contract yet. Yep, his douche side is already showing and he hasn't even played a down.

How does this happen in this day of rookie capped contracts?

It isn't like he can negotiate for what he thinks his value is, the new scale now determines what the 3rd pick in the draft is worth, so how is it that he's holding out?

Is his agent asking for #1 pick money?

Sounds like the payout of the guaranteed is the biggest hang up. He wants more of it early in the contract.

Cincinnati Bengals CB William Jackson III (chest) tore a pectoral muscle and is expected to miss most, if not all of, his rookie season, according to sources.
