Didn't they just give him an extension last week?

IIRC the news got out last week, the extension was signed before the season started, but still... WTF?!?!?!?!?

I don't know but they better make a splash with their new coach because LA is already getting tired of that franchise. It's a city with very little loyalty to their football team.

I have heard Jim Harbaugh thrown out there. Certainly would be interesting.

I don't think Haebaugh is ready to leave Michigan. It would likely take a Kings ransom to draw him out.

I have a hard time seeing Harbaugh turn his back on Michigan. But money talks.

Harbaugh is an odd dude but if I were him I'd stay at Michigan. He can run an elite program for 20 years there.
While still making a ton of money with a work schedule that is far more relaxed.

I know some coaches just feel like they must "prove" themselves at the NFL level but in terms of job security college football is way better. Better to earn a sweet salary for the next 20 years of your life and be a hero on campus then to go collect a paycheck for 5 years in the NFL and be out again.

If I had the option I'd much rather be a college coach

Wow.
Isn't the idea of London games to try and help the popularity of the NFL over seas? So we serve them up a giant soup sandwich like these games? :lol

Oh well. Easily forgotten games. I'm just glad to not see our name on the list.

I wonder if anyone in England even knows they are getting the worst games of the year?

And Michigan has a lot of money. All we'd likely do is give him a pay raise.
