I have to say, this is one of the greatest chatter threads of all-time. So many takeaways.

I just cannot comprehend that playcall. That will haunt them forever.

Dumbest call ever. I hate Offensive Coordinators that get too cute.

Run the damn ball and Seattle's likely holding the trophy. Just an idiotic decision.

That will be the equivalent to the Cubs' goat, Red Sox babe Ruth trade.

Seahawks won't win another super bowl for the rest of our lives. The Curse.

Not a dynasty to me. Their first 3 were. This one is different. Same coach and QB. And 45 different guys.

Yankees of 1996, 1998, 1999, 2000 is a dynasty. Their win in 2009 is not included. Some of the same guys were there, but only a few. 9 years between World Series. Pats went 10 between Super Bowl wins.

So much for the manning/Brady debate.
Brady would have 3 SB losses and 2 in the last 4 years combined with 2 more AFCC game losses in the last 4 years if they just let Lynch run.

My guess is Seahawks fans were doing what we do when we see our team lineup in shotgun in short yardage.

They were probably all yelling at the tv before the ball was even snapped, "Why are we lined up in shotgun?!"

Sustained excellence...kind of like the Spurs. This is a dynasty for sure, to have the opportunities to win and the regular seasons they have, I see it as a dynasty.

I could see OC Jason Garrett pulling that but the Seahawks...wow!
Exactly what I was telling my uncle.

What makes it worse is that that was outside Seattle's DNA.

They're a run first team and they went away from their strength when there was absolutely no need to.

I seriously thought Wilson was going to keep it off the zone read and run it in for the TD. I could not have handled the Wilson lovefest that would have followed.

Yeah, and I can't imagine how anyone can argue that.

Wilson didn't help matters on that last play either.

In that traffic you want your QB to throw the ball low in order to minimize the chances of an INT.
