Watched The Desolation of Smaug and it was incredible.

Even better was Evangeline Lilly. Oh how I have missed her. Quite Yummy.

I'd like to believe this, but people liked the last two Lord of the Rings movies and they were actually terrible.

Took the little one and the wife to see Frozen today instead of staying home and letting the Cowboys piss me off. Great choice. After the movie I heard them up by 12 and told my daughter they were still going to lose. Jackasses! I will not watch again until Redball and his entire stupid ass coaching staff is gone. I wish we could get rid of Romo too, but that isn't happening either. Anyhow. Frozen was a very good family entertainment move 4.5 out of 5 for me. Take your kids and enjoy/

I saw Desolation of Smaug. It's just like the middle movie from LOTR in that it does nothing but serve as a bridge from movie 1 to 3. Nothing good happens. But at least there were a few fight scenes unlike the stupid walking trees.
