The fact that Church is voted in that position as a player is probably the exact reason his position never seems to be at risk even though he sucks out loud at times. For whatever reason that guy has become a leader on this defense. Probably because we are so young everywhere else.

Absolutely. I'm loving this new approach by him and Stephen both. Just the other day Stephen was asked about a player's role and he replied with "I'll leave that for the coaches to answer". So awesome to hear.
What the story on Toon? Did he just not develop much why the Saints got rid of him?
I agree, as long as he is healthy he could be a solid addition. A guy who has produced at a high level in the NFL and isn't very old yet.
