At this point Dak isn't going to get any better sitting on the bench and learning. He has already shown he is past that part of the development. We have been given a huge advantage with Dak. Instead of having 25 - 30 mil of cap tied up into our QB like most of the league we have the potential to have our starting QB costing less then 1 mil a year. That allows you to bring in multiple franchise type defenders that other NFL teams don't have the ability to do. We would be fools not to take advantage of that by clinging to Romo instead.I get that it is not the same, but we are not winning the Super Bowl with Dak or Romo...so do you develop the new guy or what?
