Good grief...even you know that is not close to remotely true...I'll wait and see if you say something smart in 5his thread.
My assessment was prefaced.

JF gets killed for throwing it up and letting Evans go get it...which is stupid. When you have a WR with a clear physical advantage over the DBs that are covering him trust him to make plays. Him and Dez would be a wet dream.
Exactly, having both of them feeding off each other would make for some great football again in Big D

Cleveland likes him...although I'd take him if I was the Rams.

I'd just about be fine with any QB at this point...I love me some Romo, but his back may not bounce back and we need to grow one of our own.

Yeah we could call game day Sandlot Sunday.
When a play breaks down you want someone with that skill. Unless you like a QB who just lays down when a rusher gets close.

At the end of the day I believe we'd get to call it a win more often than now so call it what you want pregame

Since I doubt we go with one early, I would be fine with a Mettenberger in the third-fifth. We have to take someone.

lol Ok.

Stronger arm, more accurate, more composed in late game situations and able to make the clutch plays.

I love JF but he's #3 on my list.
I hope he is 3rd on teams' lists as well, because then we might just have an outside shot at him.

Like I said, "prototypical".
Which is why a number of the front office people fail at what they do. They put too much stock in height/weight instead of watching tape and determining if the kids can actually play.

He certainly would make the Raiders more fun to watch.
I don't think he makes it past Cleveland or Jax. Both teams need a face of the franchise to sell to their fan base. He'd provide a huge boost in popularity to either of those franchise.

I actually don't think Dez would have the same kind of success with Manziel as Mike Evans did. That guy is a physical specimen who has a knack for getting the ball at the highest point and coming down with it. Dez doesn't fight for the ball nearly as hard in jump ball situations.

Bortles is more accurate and has a stronger arm than Manziel...the stats showing JF has a higher completion % in routes 11-20 and I also 20 and beyond tell a different story.

Bortles didn't have a freak built like a DE to throw jump balls to either.

Sucks when stats don't back up your claims.

Why is one of the main knocks on Manziel is he only throws it up for Evans when in reality he spreads the ball around quite abit
