Tony Sparano died today unexpectedly at age 56. Not announced of what but you can take your guesses for a 56 year old in a high stress job not in the best of shape.

Sad. RIP.

Apparently, he went to the hospital on Friday with chest pains but was released the same day.

I would admit a 56 year old with chest pains just about 100% of the time. I'm guessing he really didn't want to stay overnight and pushed to be let go. Sometimes those chest pain observations save lives.

That’s how old I was when I had my first heart attack. The problem is that often Angina feels like an intense heartburn and you think it’s reflux so your double up on antacids but the next one might kill you.

Would have liked to see he or Bowles succeed Parcells in retrospect. RIP to a very good coach.

Yes there was about two years later but I survived it and haven’t missed a beat since.
you might need to take precautions when watching the games, man. That shit will stir a man up.
