The GM clearly isn't sold on him.

But it's hard to see how they have any choice.
That's the thing. They really don't have a choice, other than maybe franchise him again. Every other option is a bigger gamble.

If I'm them I bite the bullet and sign him long term. Then add a bell cow RB.

That ties up a shitload of their cap on a guy they aren't going to sign long term. Thats what they are telling him if they tag him again.

But thats ok with me, because between Cousins and Norman, they will have a tough time putting any decent bodies on D....and its a trainwreck. Their run D is absolutely horrid.

They are only .5 game behind Packers and Bucs for the last spot. Washington should beat the Bears but then have the Giants. But if Dallas clinches this week the Giants may rest players the last week.

ES:

By The Way, thanks to the refs. You guys tried to help us out but we just did not want it bad enough.
At least you did your own part.

Amazing they even realize it. Couldn't believe they picked up the flag on PI

To be fair, Collins beat his man pretty good there too and I think the reason he goes off balance is because his spin move beat his guy so bad that it throws him off-balance as well and Collins has nothing to support him so that's why he loses his footing. :lol

They are always my most hated...even when they suck. Steelers are a close 2nd.
My hatred for the Steelers has faded considerably over the years. I certainly do not love them but the Eli led NYG have definitely become my second most hated team. Prior to that it was the McNabb led Eagles. It is almost always another division foe for me but the Redskins still occupy the top spot.

I'll tell you one thing I have noticed the last 2 weeks that I am happy about, and that is the significant increase in 4 man rushes.

We sent 4 after the Giants and 4 after the Bucs, and it just so happens that our pass rush has come alive in those games as well.

If they can keep this up, then we have no reason to see multiple 3 man lines like we've seen for the majority of this season.

If Irving is starting to come alive and Lawrence can play like he's capable, and Gregory actually gives us ANYTHING? Oh man......big things could be in store.
