Definitely rubbing it in their faces. The Rams had tried a fake punt from their own end earlier in the game which ended in an epic fail, so you know Carroll wanted to show them how to "really" do it. Would have worked if the punter had just slid instead of trying to go the distance.

The Bennett pelvic thrust and concussion were on back to back plays. Kind of wierd how that worked out.
