Dak made it look pretty easyand came damn close to knocking off GB in GB (which is a very tall task).

Dak made it look pretty easy
That's true, after all they only demolished one of our closest competitors in the NFC yesterday, they're pretty much a pushover.
And both situations and teams were so comparable, too.
I said this in the gameday thread and got railed for it. Completely agreed. The gameplan was shitty and the lack of adjustment was even worse. Dak had a terrible game, but no QB from Brady down is going to be great every game. None. To expect otherwise is ridiculous.
Dak looked pedestrian last night...but lets call it like we see it. Garrett and Linehan didn't do the kid any favors- who is the fucking Einstein that came up with pulling Zeke out of the game every 3rd down? Dunbar should never see the field. If its not Morris, put in McFadden on 3rd downs.
Linehan had another shitty gameplan and never adjusted to the pressure and coverages the Giants were showing. He deserves a ton of blame.
Dak had to contend with shitty field position all night thanks to numerous holds and poor decisions on fielding and returning punts. But lets blame Dak for that too.
How about your ALL PRO WR number 88 shitting the bed and getting shut down by fucking Janoris Jenkins? Really? Janoris Jenkins? On top of that, Brice Butler couldn't catch a cold. He's useless.
Dak gets a pass...he's a rookie. I expected a wall, a string of struggles. But it is on the veterans on this team, and the coaching staff to help him...and he didn't get any help from anyone last night.
You are correct. In one game Rodgers was badly hobbled and in one game he was completely healthy. I think you remember which was which.
And both situations and teams were so comparable, too.
Are you seriously trying to say that the Packer team from the first half of the season is the same as the one playing now? Or that the first half Packers from the first half were playing like the 2014 team? That's true, after all they only demolished one of our closest competitors in the NFC yesterday, they're pretty much a pushover.

They had a QB that could barely even move in the pocket in 2014. I'd say the two are very comparable. Are you seriously trying to say that the Packer team from the first half of the season is the same as the one playing now? Or that the first half Packers from the first half were playing like the 2014 team?
Might be time to claim hyperbole before you make yourself look even more foolish.
Drew Brees has gone two straight games with 0 TDs and 3 INT. Russell Wilson's Seattle team put up 5 points against the Bucs two weeks ago and he threw 5 INT yesterday in Green Bay. These are Super Bowl winning QBs. It happens to everyone. The only argument anyone has against Dak is that he is a rookie, despite the fact that he has passed every test so far and his team had a playoff spot locked up in the first week of December. And, what is with this "Dak has been bad for a few games" nonsense? It has been one game. One. Not several, not a few. One. Sure he has had his bad throws in other games, but my god, he isn't the patron saint of football. One game. You would think he had lost 4 straight. Jesus Christ.
You're senselessly dissecting seasons to try make a point that doesn't exist. The packers were good then, uh but not good now, but they are good now, they were just different both then and now than they were then. Are you seriously trying to say that the Packer team from the first half of the season is the same as the one playing now? Or that the first half Packers from the first half were playing like the 2014 team?

Well, yeah. The only argument anyone has against Dak is that he is a rookie, despite the fact that he has passed every test so far and his team had a playoff spot locked up in the first week of December.
11–2, locked into the playoffs, most likely with a first round bye, quite possibly with home field throughout. You're right, serious danger of this season slipping away. If it is all about this season then I am going with the guy who has been the QB, you know, this season.Right now we can't afford to be thinking about "the future" of the franchise. It has to be all about this season. We are in danger of that slipping away.
The signs were there vs the Vikings, and we frankly lucked out thanks to their terrible offense. We almost lucked out against New York with an equally terrible offense, but we couldn't.And, what is with this "Dak has been bad for a few games" nonsense? It has been one game. One. Not several, not a few. One. Sure he has had his bad throws in other games, but my god, he isn't the patron saint of football. One game. You would think he had lost 4 straight. Jesus Christ.
Don't dispute any of this. Dak being a rookie however is at the heart of all this commentary and dialogue. Is it a factor in the production of the offense as the pressures mount at this stage of the season and with the impending playoffs?Drew Brees has gone two straight games with 0 TDs and 3 INT. Russell Wilson's Seattle team put up 5 points against the Bucs two weeks ago and he threw 5 INT yesterday in Green Bay. These are Super Bowl winning QBs. It happens to everyone. Dak gives us the best chance to win, and if you think otherwise you're delusional. Romo's last game was one of the worst of his career, there's no reason to assume a guy who hasn't taken a regular season snap since he was humiliated and broken last thanksgiving could put together a better performance than a qb who's 11-2 and has had one bad game in his career, and still has a 5-1 TD to INT ratio.Well, yeah.
These aren't the 2004 Steelers with a lockdown defense.
If we can't get it done offensively we risk squandering the entire season.
Life's harsh. Dak's passed "every" test against average competition. The harder the competition more more our simple approach gets throttled.
If Minnesota isn't just pathetic offensively, we lose that game. The Giants offense was absolutely terrible, and we still lost despite only giving up 10 points.
Right now we can't afford to be thinking about "the future" of the franchise. It has to be all about this season. We are in danger of that slipping away.
For now, yeah. But we've been exposed the last couple of games.11–2, locked into the playoffs, most likely with a first round bye, quite possibly with home field throughout. You're right, serious danger of this season slipping away. If it is all about this season then I am going with the guy who has been the QB, you know, this season.
So was Dak's, and unlike Dak, Romo didn't have perfect health, 10 points allowed, and over 100 yards from Zeke.Romo's last game was one of the worst of his career
