I hope I'm wrong, but I think Antonio Gates will have to go in first before Witten. The voters are stat-whores and they'll see Gates' TD numbers, overshadowing Witten's non-stat contributions like leadership and blocking. Secondly, there will just be so much backlog with other position players. Third, HOF voters love splash and I'm afraid they'll overlook Witten cause he's not a Gronk.

I love to make fun of Witten. I wonder how many passes he's caught out of the Y option.
If he were meskin like Tony Gonzalez you wouldn't be asking this question.

Dunbar and Lucky Whitehead?

:unsure
All jokes aside, Felix Jones for about 2 years is the closest we've come to having a guy like that.

I can't recall anyone else that had both electric speed and amazing agility.

The Oakland Raiders Central must be site maintenance.

Two turnovers and only 3 points.

I think that was the Raiders' last opportunity.

Terence Newman was supposed to this kick-ass returner.

As for our regular offense now, I'm happy with the Bease filling this role. Anyone coming out the backfield, Zeke is more than sufficient. But, yeah, having a difference maker on returns would be outstanding.

Yeah not recently anyway. Otherwise you have to go back to like the Rocket Ismail days.

I remember when Dez was an elite return man.

Felix Jones was a goof with speed but zero balance. Who gives a shit about speed or agility they can't maintain it against resistance.

Raiders aren't even trying to run the ball.

Of course, they can't since Carr is taking every snap from the shotgun.
