Well if he's an upgrade over Cooper then fine. We need someone for that spot.

I saw “Mar...” in the title from the board submenu and I got excited thinking it’d be Markuice Pouncey.

Well, he is not an upgrade over Cooper. Probably not an upgrade over Looney either.

A WR who the Bears cut and the Bills aren't bothering to re-sign.

You know teams that had the worst WRs in the league last year?

Did you think about special teams? Also...the best way to improve a limited WR corp is the fill the 6 and 7 WR spots with as much mediocre talent as possible.

What is to think about with special teams?

Switzer handles both the punt and kickoff returns. This guy got just about 20 yards a KO return with two teams last year. That is pretty bad.

A step above roster churn.

There are quality players out there like Jonathan Hankins who might not be perfect fits but still solid contributors.

Every day from now forward probably reduces the price.

Dallas is still out of the price range of anybody that won't meet their threshold of < $2M in guaranteed money.

That probably eliminates any player that is capable of starting. That is why they are going after people like Martin and Thompson. Those are the "desperate" ones who will take a shit contract. As long as Dallas is at the bottom of the totem pole in terms of cap space and the willingness to give out a guaranteed percentage, it won't matter how long they wait. Guys like Hankins are not going to suddenly decide that they are going to take a contract for the minimum. If Dallas thinks that, they are incredibly naïve.

Article says to expect a pair of them.

I'll take Hunter and Meredith and elevate their free agency grade from F- to F+.
