Excellent hire. Does that mean he is the secondary coach as well?

This is great, but we're still penciling in the dork as QB coach.

Seems like a good hire and potential HC candidate if he excels.

This is a quality hire, which Im not sure applies to the hire of a coach of the single most important position on offense, maybe the entire team.

I'm at work and twitter is blocked. What did he say?

Essentially, he said he doesn't want to play without a longterm contract (looking out for his family), and that he has always been a Cowboys fan and that's why he approached Garrett.

Wait, so he did not run up to Garrett because of his respect for the man and what he sees as being built here?

That depends on who you're talking to.

Hey, he was COY!
That is odd. I never saw anyone run up to the numerous other COY winners that got fired within three years of getting the honor, begging for the right to play for their team.

I guess he heard that Garrett is a leader amongst men and can make a difference in his life.

Those rejects never graduated Princeton. Or had red hair.
