Dez is absolutely an all-pro caliber talent. Larry Fitzgerald had a couple of down years too. Right now Dez is in his version of the Kevin Kolb era.
Dez is fantastic, but All-Pro means top two. Can we honestly say he's been better than Antonio Brown and Julio Jones?

I don't think that would be a controversial stance to take at the end of 2014 when the Dez Romo connection was good for 12-16 TDs per year, and he delivered his best performance on the road in Philly to take control of the division.

What happened in 2014 when Weeden started? Bryant had like 1 catch, and we forced the ball over the middle to Witten and Beasley. Dez is an all-pro who is hamstrung by a coward for a HC, who can't plan a football game without his security blanket.

Edit:apparently Dez had 2 catches vs Arizona, one a fade on the goal line for a TD. Which is one of Garrett's favorite goal line plays. Still you can see we had a similarly faulty game plan.

Actually you should not expect a little more bang for your buck just look at what you usually get from 1st round safeties overall let alone guys drafted at the end of the 1st round.

Who are these game changing safeties you see getting picked in the 1st every year?

Woodson averaged less than 2 int's a year over his career and Jones ability to play in the slot is looking very much like what Woodson did for us.
Not sure why you are so hung up on ints from the safety position. Yes, Woodson averaged 2 ints a year, but that is not where he excelled...run support, specials teams, and just a flat out leader. He was nice blitzing too...and he is the all-time leading tackler in Cowboys history.

And Jones is showing a lot of those same things.

I am not hung up on int's I know a safety can be a difference maker on D and not have great int numbers just like Woodson.
