I'm okay with his decisions, but at least twice now he has thrown horrible throws to open receivers.

He is just repeatedly looking to dump it off to the RB with open guys down field. I don't love the decision making. I will give him credit for this though, he is at least converting on third down on this drive. Romo just looks to me like he is playing to to lose instead of playing to win.
