Well, yeah. I never said it was rational. I just said there's no point in punishing people with problems there's no cure for.
Then do you institutionalize them? Do you just allow them to continue these practices? Do you ask the public to accommodate them their pursuits even at the intrusion into their privacy? Or do you put them on notice that there are some practices that will compromise their ability to roam freely into any place they chose to. What's the solution?

In my opinion, if they aren't trying to climb in the stall with you or peek over the urinal divider they aren't doing anything to your privacy. Just ignore them like all the other weird people in the world.

Come back when you have an answer for why he gives so many kids leukemia.
Bad things do happen to good people. This isn't heaven, if it was we'd all live forever here with no disease or death.

And not sure what leukemia has to do with gender assignment, but hey, why not?

Porn Site Bans North Carolina Users Due To State’s Anti-LGBT Laws

Porn Site Bans North Carolina Users Due To State’s Anti-LGBT Laws

:lol

There’s a new kink in North Carolina’s LGBT controversy: A popular porn website is banning all computers from “The Tar Heel State.”

XHamster.com has been refusing to serve anyone from North Carolina since 12:30 p.m. EDT, Monday.

Instead, users with a North Carolina IP address are just seeing a black screen on their computer — no porn.

The extreme measures will stay in place until North Carolina repeals House Bill 2, a law passed on March 23 that effectively prevents cities and counties in the state from passing rules that protect LGBT rights.

XHamster.com spokesman, Mike Kulich, said the website believes in equality for everyone.

“We have spent the last 50 years fighting for equality for everyone and these laws are discriminatory which XHamster.com does not tolerate,” he said in an official statement sent to The Huffington Post. “Judging by the stats of what you North Carolinians watch, we feel this punishment is a severe one. We will not standby and pump revenue into a system that promotes this type of garbage. We respect all sexualities and embrace them.”

Kulich told HuffPost that the company’s statistics show that North Carolinians are more open-minded — at least about their porn — than laws like HB2 might suggest.

“Back in March, we had 400,000 hits for the term ‘Transsexual’ from North Carolina alone,” he said. “People from that state searched ‘Gay’ 319,907 times,” he added.

Kulich said the website plans to replace the black screen currently seen by North Carolina porn buffs with a petition demanding the repeal of the law.

“Hopefully, it will get as many signatures as the ‘transsexual’ searches,” he said.

XHamster joins a growing list of entertainers and companies who are refusing to do business in North Carolina, including Bruce Springsteen, who canceled his Sunday concert at the Greensboro Coliseum to protest the law.

Canceling the concert, he said, is “the strongest means I have for raising my voice in opposition to those who continue to push us backwards instead of forwards.”

Kulich said he believes denying porn is the logical next step.

“I think that porn has the power to do what Bruce Springsteen can’t,” he said.

XHamster may have good intentions by wanting to repeal HB2, but the company is contradicting itself by publicly supporting Donald Trump on its search page for “big cock,” which features a “Make America Great Again” ad that links to Trump’s website.

Trump has publicly said that, if elected, he’d consider appointing judges who would overturn the U.S. Supreme Court’s gay marriage ruling, which would seem to contradict XHamster’s self-proclaimed, pro-equality ethos.

However, Kulich said the company doesn’t support all of Trump’s policies.

“We will continue to support equality regardless of who gets elected.”

Either God micromanaged biology or he doesn't, if he's so preoccupied with gender assignment that he completely dropped the ball on predisposition for childhood cancer, you worship one incompetent God.

I have read the New Testament several times. I have attended church since I was a child. Christ never explicitly says one word about Homosexuality. Paul did in passing on a few occasions. Are we Pauline Christians or are we Christians? Paul also says women should be subservient, those weren't Jesus views. If you hold Paul's views on Homosexuality in such high esteem do you hold his views on women in the same light?

If we are Christians Jesus explicitly said we had two laws to follow. Love God with all your heart and Love your Neighbor as yourself. Those are Jesus's words to Christians, not mine, not Paul's.

They are the two MOST important laws, that should guide our lives.

How can a Christian love his/her neighbor as his/herself, and not treat them as they would expect to be treated or discriminate against them in any way? It doesn't make sense. It's not the Christianity I believe in.

On a different note, I hate the whole hate the sin love the sinner mantra too. Those who say that spend way to much time hating the sin rather than loving the sinner.

I still don't want a male in a female bathroom or vice versa.

I do agree with the above post.

How is your privacy not intruded on by anyone else you share a bathroom with but it is by a trans person?

That should end all discussion on this matter by Christians.

When put like this how is there even any pushback?

If you're going to let a trans person pick which bathroom they want to go in then in reality you might as well just let everyone go in whichever bathroom they please. It's silly to even have a Male or Female restroom at that point. If that's what people want I'm ok with it. And I'm ok leaving things as they are.

Push back against what?

I don't get it at all to be honest. How can anyone translate that into meaning we all must lay down and let kids become fearful. How bout I quote a scripture myself?

"‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’"

How bout we take it a step further. We see someone get killed and we do nothing. We just stand by and say oh well Jesus forgives. That's utterly stupid. This is t about homosexuality. This is about decency. How do people not see the difference is beyond me.

I don't really get pissed about gay issues, attacking Christians verbally or anything personal (usually). If you don't feel it a priority to protect women and children at all cost you are truly a piece of crap person. Your priories is completely out of line and you've lost your way in this world. Please, I'm begging you to rethink this for the sake of what's right. Drop religion and politics in this matter and take a step back. It doesn't matter if it is one little girl violated per year that can be saved let's all stand together and stop it at all cost.

That's a great point. Eventually these freaks want to eliminate gender recognition all together. Go ahead and laugh people. Men are becoming emasculated more and more everyday. Look at the weak pukes in this thread that want to protect the feelings of at the cost of kids. That right there should show you where this is going

I don't understand how anyone can take any of this as an issue of protecting women and kids.

You are already thinking of the trans person as a predator without realizing how many girls are violated by women, if bathroom safety means that much too anybody do not let your child go to a RR unattended.

Wow that explains a lot.

You sound ridicules, a person is weak because they can empathy for another's plight.

The only man that is becoming emasculated is the the man that was already a weak fuck.

It's funny, I saw a video for Trans people the other day (The person has an MTV show) where the person claims they identify 75% as a male and 25% as a female. It will absolutely get to that point where people want to look at gender as a spectrum instead of as a binary thing. So then how do you determine which bathroom that person should use? She was born with female, parts, claims to be 75% male and basically you're just stuck saying use whatever bathroom you want. Gender fluidity just seems to be the arbitrary battle right now.

Then you are a certified idiot. Be sure to keep your pride and sense and fairness in tact while ignoring the much more important issue.

You pompous ass.:lol

Only an idiot gets upset at an issue that is not there.

And if bathroom safety is so near and dear to you why not advocate never letting your child go to the bathroom alone?

Why only focus on the freaks?

I certainly empathized with all who suffer. Even if it because of their own selfish crap. This isn't about gay, straight or whatever. I NEVER out common sense above empathy. Because that would be stupid.

My sons roommate is gay. He's part of our family. We love that kid more than you know. My brother in law is gay, he's one of the best people I know. Our worship leader at church is gay. He also teaches our kids middle school class. I love all of these people, consider them my peers or kids.

You can piss off with your BS. You don't know shit about my life. But you are an overrun with your side, political stance and religious hang ups over what is right.

How bout you go build some bathrooms for trans folks? Gender is not a choice, dipshit.

Advocating for weaker people makes me pompous? I'm good with that. You keep your passion for the feelings of trans people and I'll keep mine about safety for women and children. Good luck with that.
