Steve Loney is sort of a meh replacement. I mean the guy is basically a life time offensive line coach. I'm not sure how much he will really bring to the TEs.

Yeah, I'm ok with the retirement, would just prefer replacing him with someone who knows how to develop a TE since we will need a young guy to step up soon.
