Elliot as the fourth best player in the draft :lol

Is he just pretending like Jaylon Smith isn't hurt?

The one that really surprised me was Le'Raven Clark at 34. That was a little surprising.

Le'Raven Clark at 34, a kicker at 49, ok then.

Jarran Reed is staying in school, so there's that too.

Reed accepted a Sr. Bowl invite. You sure you are not thinking about Tim Williams?

Ok, that surprsied me as well
But seriously, and not being disparaging, what is he seeing. You guys obviously know more about the guy than I do.

He doesn't even have a Yellowjacket in his top 100. :sad

That's too high for him. He will most likely be a decent backup that will bounce around the league his entire NFL career. Our OL this year and last has been atrocious.

That's nice, that is like me saying Reggie Ball sucks and he will never amount to anything.

Is he just a rock in pass protection, in the run?

Just looking for sense here.

And I'm not able to bring any sense to it. That's too high for him. He's decent in run blocking, but he is slow off the ball and doesn't have the footwork or lateral speed to be able to handle a tackle spot consistently at the next level.

So all I have to go on is that Lance is DeRaven's gay twink.

Thanks for the input.

GIG EM or whatever.

He was thought of as a 1st rounder at times. He's stopped plenty of top pass rushers cold. He is pretty damn athletic for his size.

The thing is that he can sometimes be inconsistent. He really didn't come out of his shell for 3-4 years personality wise. He is a very quiet person.

Physically he has 1st round ability. Performance wise I wouldn't be surprised to see him go in the 2nd or 3rd. 34 is high but so are a bunch of GMs

I disagree. I think he is too slow out of his stance and can't seem to get the edge set fast enough to secure the DE. I know what his profile says, but I'm not even close to convinced.

Slow out of his stance? TTU throws the ball all of the time and his hand is rarely on the ground.

Once this guy gets his hands on you you're done.

I wouldn't be surprised to see him go in the 2nd-5th rounds.
