This game reminded me of the Tennessee game last year. They just got hammered by the 49ers the week before, and the Tennessee game took a while to get going much like this one. Hopefully the offense will have a better showing on Thursday.Nice to finally get a win again. Defense played really well, offense is going to have to be much better against the Panthers though.
I hate you.When I saw D-Law loop around and even out for his straight run at Tannehill, I started yelling, "FUCK YOU IAMTDG. SACK HIM!!!!"
Well, yeah, because we haven't felt this in almost 2 months.Pathetic as it sounds, this feels good.
Yeah, I made that comment pre-game, too.@pdom
What's the record for most times we've won blue jerseys in a season since white became our home jersey?
I don't recall us wearing it this many times as we have so far.
Isn't it 4?Yeah, I made that comment pre-game, too.
This'll be 3 games, potentially 4 games (@Wash), that we won't wear our whites.
I don't know the answer, but I'd be willing to be that it's a franchise-first for 3 games, let alone 4.
I was talking about consecutive games - Bucs, Dolphins, Panthers (throwbacks), Washington.Isn't it 4?
@Eagles, @Saints, @Bucs, @Dolphins.
The defense even played better for the most part. I hate to go all RomoIsGod but it's pretty clear that the team in general played better with him in there.The offense just had so much of a different feel to it. We sustained drives and we wore the Dolphins defense out as opposed to the other way around. Romo really is that good and the other QB's this year really were that bad regardless of what the numbers show.
Tucker finally makes a 47 yard FG to win after missing 2 50 yarder.No one wants to win this StL - Bal game. Tie game, 2 missed field goals in the final minutes, StL just fumbled to give the ball back to Bal with :54 left.
Finally. It was getting lonely in here in past weeks for the second games.For the first time in 2 months I can watch football for the rest of Sunday.
