As an aside...the Grigson/Pagano rift seems to be carrying over to the team...Colts just look lost.

Another Luck turnover. He needs to learn to protect himself as well.

He's a big boy but taking big hits will eventually catch up to him.

I feel sad for this generation that gets Berman at halftime Monday nights instead of Howard Cosell.

That kind of play makes me think the NFL is fixed. How does that kind of shit happen?

I don't like QBs who can't throw the ball further then 10 yards. Reminds me of Brad Johnson in that capacity way too much.
I don't buy that a 27 year old former first round pick throws the ball as weakly as a 63 year old Brad Johnson.

BTW:

Wanted: A game-tested veteran quarterback. The Cowboys posted the want ad as soon as Tony Romo fractured his left collarbone in Sunday’s victory over the Eagles.

Christian Ponder, Matt Flynn, Josh Johnson and McLeod Bethel-Thompson are quarterbacks working at Valley Ranch on Tuesday, according to sources.

Ponder, a Colleyville Heritage graduate, was the 12th overall pick of the 2011 draft. He spent four seasons with the Vikings, posting a 14-21-1 record, with a 59.8 completion percentage for 6,658 yards, 38 touchdowns and 36 interceptions. The Raiders released him in final cuts earlier this month.

Flynn, a Tyler native, was a seventh-round pick of the Packers in 2008. He has a 3-4 record, with a 61.3 percent completion percentage, 2,541 yards, 17 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. He failed to stick with either the Patriots or the Jets during training camp.

Johnson, a fifth-round pick of the Bucs in 2008, has bounced around the league, playing for four teams in six years with a 0-5 record, 54.2 completion percentage, 1,042 career yards, five touchdowns and 10 interceptions.

Bethel-Thompson has bounced around the league since going undrafted in 2011 out of Sacramento State. He briefly was on the 53-player rosters of the Vikings and the 49ers and has spent time on the practice squads of the Patriots, the Vikings and most recently the Dolphins. Bethel-Thompson also has played in the Arena Football League and the United Football League.

The Cowboys also had interest in Jason Campbell, who has opted to stay retired.

Romo’s injury left Brandon Weeden as the only healthy quarterback on the Cowboys’ 53-player roster.

The Cowboys do have Kellen Moore and Jameill Showers on their practice squad, but the Cowboys want a more experienced quarterback to back up Weeden. Moore has never played a down despite spending three seasons on the Lions’ 53-player roster, and Showers is a developmental prospect.

Dustin Vaughan, who spent last season on the Cowboys’ 53-player roster and was released in final cuts this year, also is seen as a developmental prospect, according to a source.

I'll take Flynn filling in for starting QBs is kinda his thing. Avg arm but is very smart and wont lose us the game.
