how does this apply to a wr that is falling down...say, the dez bryant catch.

does he have to get up and start running to be considered a catch?

the way the rule is written, say dez bryant holds onto the ball with zero bobble and is now lying on the ground. typically, defense would just touch him down by contact. now a defender can swipe the ball away while dez is lying on the ground and it's incomplete?

I think as long as he doesn't bobble it, it is a catch. Hell, who freakin' knows?
