Again, that's your thoughts. And going into a season expecting to compete is something every team does.
Yeah. Right.

The front office were hopeful that Romo wouldn't get hurt, but who made the decision that Weeden would be good enough to get them by?
Who made the call?
Whoever it is, he shouldn't get another job in the NFL.
I wish someone still had the "special kids showing off their projects" photoshop that VA did to make fun of Smitty's Antonio Bryant "photoshop".These are some Schmitty like Photoshop skills at work.
This is where I come down on the whole thing. Seems like they thought they could get by with Weeden for a game or two but once it was clear Romo was going to be out a couple of months I think they were kind of like "Oh crap...we're screwed if we have to play Weeden for multiple weeks".I think it's very obvious by their actions how they felt. They did not like Weeden. Not one little bit. They traded for cassel with the intentions of starting him as soon as he was ready. They were gambling that romo wouldn't get hurt. And it was a dumb gamble.

The kids in that picture are probably in their 20s now
Even better, Wade Wilson said he was our most improved player in camp.Remember Jerry saying you wouldn't a find a more gifted passer than Weeden?
Good times.
And the real big one, Tyrone Crawford. It was quite a training camp. Beasley, Terrance Williams, DeMarcus Lawrence, Brandon Weeden. All a bill of goods.
And the staff thought they were set for the upcoming season with solid personnel. Obviously they were wrong but they believed they were. And the real big one, Tyrone Crawford.
They do that shit every year, but it is always worse with any success. And the staff thought they were set for the upcoming season with solid personnel. Obviously they were wrong but they believed they were.
Probably attend Mizzou. The kids in that picture are probably in their 20s now
Brad Johnson couldn't throw an accurate pass beyond 13 yards. He'll go down as the grandfather of the check down pass. No one could do it better.
Good luck to you, Ginger-vitis! ~pours out a little RC Cola in his honor~
