Nobody knows yet if the Cowboys will be able to re-sign running back DeMarco Murray, but he sure is spending a lot of time with his teammates and head coach of late. Murray was spotted at a Duke basketball practice along with Jason Garrett, quarterback Tony Romo and tight end Jason Witten.

This isn't the first time Garrett, Romo and Murray have taken in some basketball together. A few weeks back, they watched SMU lose to Cincinnati. Garrett's been known to visit college coaches he respects in the offseason to get some ideas on how to run practices and build his team.

Meanwhile, take a look at Romo prepping to line up a three in the bottom half of that photo above. My bet is he'd make it. Romo was a four-sport varsity athlete in high school, starting for the Burlington High School basketball team in addition to playing football, golf and tennis. Check out of his post moves in a church league game he played with former Cowboys receiver Patrick Crayton back in 2007:

Romo also did an "interview" and played some one-on-one with Duke guard Quinn Cook while in Durham, and Cook let on that Romo beat him in a game of HORSE last year and split the two games of one-on-one.

The big thing to notice here, though, is the hat. Romo's is backwards. Murray's is forwards. Does Tony not remember this?
