Never thought chicks should get rich based on which guy's baby they have. I've got no sympathy for deadbeat dads, but I don't like gold-digger deadbeat moms living off their ex-husbands and baby daddies either. I've known too many guys who have exes that refuse to get a job, spend the child support, and still hit them up for money constantly, holding their kid basically for ransom and using the child as leverage for emotional manipulation.

Child support should be half of child care expenses and both parents (custodial and non-custodial) should have to prove they are providing their half.
