I got pretty emotional when the destroyed the colored bathroom sign down.
Considering that didn't really happen and it was just added for dramatic effect, I didn't respond to the scene like someone else would have.

Yeah, I didn't watch the movie as if it were a documentary.

Then again, I got emotional when Mighty Joe Young fell from the ferris wheel.

Get Out was freaking superb. My only problem with it was that I saw enough Key and Peele, that you had specific parts of scenes that felt like K&P sketches. But pacing, screenwriting, and just general creep factor are superb. I don't know if I've ever seen a movie that can actually be viscerally scary but also hilarious. This like an all time favorite movie for me now.

It doesn't need to be a documentary. But if it's based on a true story, then the pivotal scenes should be somewhat accurate.

Feh, art can convey the truth of a situation without sticking to the objective facts. In fact, it would be almost impossible to make an entertaining movie that sticks to the objective facts.

I haven't seen this movie though.

Makes sense. It resonates a lot with young people.

Not so much with the old.

I asked my son on how it was received and from what he saw each day when he worked last week is that old people came out confused thinking it was a scary movie but failed to deliver and the kids came out talking how it was more about our society and how it was scary that way.

Logan was pretty good. Sad, but good.

Sad part is what they put a great character through.

The other Wolverine movies were shit. Shallow and dumb.

Logan is what the whole Wolverine series should have been. Brutal. Harsh. And human at the same time.

They must pumped something into the air vents when I watched.

    It stung my eyes.

I did have a problem though.

I would have appreciated more Johnny Cash. "When The Man Comes Around" was okay in the end credits but it was not the best choice.

His cover of "Hurt" fits that character so well.

They used it on the trailer but it fits the movie.

Logan was excellent...it was the superhero version of The Unforgiven.

One thing that annoyed me...yes, Deadpool was funny and an entertaining movie, but people are jerking off like the trailer attached to Logan was the funniest thing ever. Oh...he takes a swipe at Superman...so edgy. Fuck Deadpool.
