Also I know it's slim odds but if the Eagles lose to the Bears I think the Eagles could start to spiral a little seeing Dallas only a game and a half behind them. Or whatever it is. Would be kind of funny to see them crash and lose the NFC East.
The Bears have a brutal remaining schedule. Wouldn't be surprised if they went on a big losing streak for example. But anyway, who cares about the playoffs. Let's go beat Detroit and get to 7-5-1
He was lying to try and make the ultimate trade for Williams sound that much more awesome.
It's like when Jerry claims the team had top 5 grade on some guy he drafted much later in the draft. You can't believe most of the shit that guys says.
Yeah I'm just used to 10 win teams making the playoffs. And with 3 wild card teams it feels like they can't all be 11 win teams. And the better news is we have the tie breaker over every other 10 win team if we can get there.
No reason to check those odds until after the weekend though. I...
You think all 3 wild card teams will have 11 wins?
What would be funny is if the Eagles start to spiral. God I would love to see that NFC East race tighten.
So throwing the ball yes. But it's the mobility that has been really impressive. Not in terms of running for yards but just navigating the pocket and throwing on the run. He has looked way more mobile this season than probably the previous 2.
Yeah I thought they actually played pretty well. They gave up the initial 14 but then shut the Chiefs down for a pretty long period of time. Mahomes was playing like the season was on the line and made some passes that only Mahomes makes.
Pressures are really important, especially with a DT up the middle because it disrupts the QBs throwing lanes and prevents them from being able to stay in the pocket.
It's only a BS stat because it's very subjective. And with a DE, it may just mean the QB stepped up in the pocket to avoid it...
Yeah, I mean technically speaking beating the Lions is probably the most important of the 3. I figure if we can get to 10 wins we will have the advantage over every other 10 win team except maybe the Packers. But ideally at 11 wins there is no way we don't make the playoffs.
The tie kind of...
Yeah I was at a house entirely of Chiefs fans for Thanksgiving. So we had to leave at 3. I told my wife we could go back now, but she didn't think that was a good idea.
Coaches need to treat the Lions game like a playoff game. I still think we can lose one game somewhere but handing the Lions a loss would help us with the wild card race and possibly push them out of it at the same time.
