A week of LGBTQ acceptance education in a middle school. Really?

Remember when it was subliminal messages in rock music that parents were all up in arms about? Good to see parents are just as gullible now as they were when I was a kid.

I don'r presume to know the corporate structure, but I'm sure she has some role signing off on anything big.

I'm personally leery of the idea of underaged people being legally considered transgender. IMO it should be something that the person in question should be legally of age to consent to.

Obama's second term, when Kerry was secretary of state. You think Bill's running anything? He's just cruising for tail at this point in his life.

Problem is that you could say the exact same thing about magic and mythical animals. You can be scared of whatever you want to, you can make your kids wear tinfoil hats to protect them from the imaginary 0.00001% chance they get brain raped by aliens. Once you start making stupid laws about it...

She wasn't a Senator during a Democratic Administration. Her entire time in the Senate was during the Bush administration.

    Trickle down is bullshit

Why have an argument at all if you're just going to argue semantics and aren't interested in the point. Also, if gross profits aren't real profits, they should stop calling programs that share them "profit sharing".

It's funny because slot corner is kind of a misnomer anyway, if he's in the slot, he's not on the corner. Should be called a slotback as opposed to a cornerback if you're naming positions based on where they line up.

    Trickle down is bullshit

Who cares? That's not the point. The point is that we've assumed since Reagan that helping the top of the economy will help the middle and the bottom, and it doesn't. All the money ends up concentrated in the hands of the very rich and powerful while everyone else ends up in poverty.

If having a kid and acting hysterical is more important to determining what is dangerous to children than actual facts, we need stronger Brujah and Chupacabra laws in South Texas.

    Trickle down is bullshit

Let's just say he means gross profits and move on to the fact that big corporations in America are making plenty of money, but the middle class is still dying because they continue to slash jobs and salaries.

I guess that's the term they came up with for the opposite of a slot corner.

    Trickle down is bullshit

There's no reason they couldn't pay employees out of gross profits, by setting up a profit sharing or bonus system. Your habit of using profits as shorthand for net profits is dishonest and an unnecessary distraction from the point.

The current president didn't know anything about that either and he's managed to create an economic recovery with very little job growth and stagnant wages. Sounds about perfect for what you want the economy to do.

    Trickle down is bullshit

Dude, you've changed the subject like three times. You went from whether it's ethical to pay more when your company is posting record profits to the difference between gross and net profits when nobody was interested in that or even remotely talking about whether the money would come from pre or...

Looking up information about people and judging them based on it is the rational way any sane person judges a candidate. You're the one claiming you don't have to be rational, then saying being rational takes special insight. It's not like it takes a serious investigation to look up a list of...
