I know Mayock is touting Michael a lot, but the guy is a first class knucklehead. Who sleeps through Combine interviews and blames Nyquil.

He has talent, but not so special you overlook his special brand of stupid. I would not touch him before the fourth round.

You are sleeping on him.

He was quite good at Carolina this past year, I'm telling you. I don't know if that means he will be a great NFLer but he was very impressive even for a cranky old pessimist like me, when it comes to Carolina football.

I took it as he thought Bernard should be higher.

No. My sarcasm didn't come through properly. I don't want him on my team. Especially not using a 2nd to do so.

I don't look into the RB rankings too much anymore. Yeah, there's Lacy but not much of a drop off after that. I think we'll be surprised who's drafted after Lacy.

No, he was saying Bernard should be lower, which I don't agree with.
I don't know about lower, but I think that's about where he should fall.

I'm not all hells ayuh mfer Maurice Clarett-style over Bernard, but I think he's a very good back. If we spent a third on him I wouldn't complain is all I'm saying.

Landing Bernard in the 3rd would be awesome. As long as OL and S were addressed in the 1st and 2nd rounds. And no I don't want Vacarro in the first. Give me Warmack/Cooper in the first or Fluker.

Then Elam or Cyprien in the 2nd then Bernard in the 3rd.

Vaccaro/Pugh/Bernanrd.

People will hate it, but I can think of much worse scenarios.

I would hate that so much. You don't need to spend a premium pick on a frigging RB.

Drafting isn't about need. If Bernard is the best player in the third round, I want him. I could see it being the case.

With Murray's durability, Felix Jones being the useless POS he is and the other JAGs at the position I think RB is more of a need than you guys are thinking.

There will be guys there in the 3rd that I would value more than Bernard. BPA is great, but in some cases you cannot always go by that.
